On a hot summer day there’s nothing like cracking open a cold beer.  Refreshingly delicious, beer is great on its own but it also has the ability to add carbonation, texture and a variety of complex flavors - ranging from citrus to coffee - to any cocktail.

In this seminar, moderator Elayne Duff (award winning mixologist and global mgr for the craft beer division of AB-Inbev), teams up with esteemed panel of expert beer and cocktails lovers. Lynnette Marrero (Cofounder of DrinksAt6 Consultancy and Speed Rack), Leo Robitschek (Bar Director of the world famous Nomad bar) and Mirella Amato (one of ten master beer cicerones in the world & award winning author of “Beerology) to give their expert opinions on: the the best spirit and beer combinations, the benefits that beer can bring to played- out classics, pitfalls to avoid when embarking on cocktail development, the break down of the different uses of beer within the cocktail and all of the other artisanal uses for this complex beverage.
